Makeup Artist - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Makeup Expertise & Product Testing: Apply and test makeup products on themselves to evaluate application, texture, feel, colour payoff, finish, wear, and overall product experience.

Provide detailed and actionable feedback to the NPD team. 2. Product Development Support: Assist the New Product Development (NPD) team in experimenting with and refining innovative makeup products and translating observations into product improvements.

3. Creativity & Trend Awareness: Research and identify emerging global makeup trends, product formats, shades, techniques, and consumer preferences to develop fresh and relevant product concepts.

4. Product Experimentation: Experiment with multiple products, textures, shades, and application techniques to assess performance and explore new product possibilities.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with NPD and other cross-functional teams to communicate observations, share ideas, and support the development of concepts from ideation to execution.

6. Agility & Execution: Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple product-testing activities, and communicate findings clearly and effectively.
