Are you a talented communicator with a passion for HR and recruitment? We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition intern to join our team at Imarticus Learning Private Limited! As a part of our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in operations, MIS, and report generation while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment and HR analytics.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.
2. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze recruitment data for reporting purposes.
3. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective communication strategies for talent acquisition efforts.
4. Support in the creation of MIS reports to evaluate recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various communication channels.
6. Utilize HR analytics to provide insights on recruitment trends and strategies.
7. Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and procedures.
