Human Resources (HR) Intern

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
2. Screen resumes and schedule interviews
3. Maintain candidate and employee records
4. Support onboarding, document collection, and induction
5. Track attendance and assist with HR reports
6. Help with incentive and payroll-input sheets under supervision
7. Requirements:
8. Good communication skills
9. Basic LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and email knowledge
10. Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
11. Consistent attendance and professional behavior required
