Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Research potential residential, commercial, corporate, and industrial clients in Mumbai and nearby locations.

2. Assist in planning and executing digital marketing, email marketing, and social media campaigns for Acleanz Facility Services. 3. Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other digital platforms.

4. Generate qualified leads through online research, directories, social media, email outreach, and telephone communication. 5. Contact prospective clients, introduce the company's services, understand their requirements, and arrange meetings or site visits for the sales team.

6. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and campaign performance using Excel or CRM tools. 7. Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer needs, pricing trends, and new business opportunities.

8. Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, proposals, quotations, brochures, and promotional campaigns. 9. Follow up with potential and existing clients to support lead conversion, customer engagement, and repeat business.

10. Prepare weekly reports covering leads generated, follow-ups completed, meetings scheduled, and marketing campaign performance. Candidates pursuing or having completed a degree in marketing, business administration, commerce, mass communication, or a related field will be preferred.

• 2. The candidate should have good written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage. • 3.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, email marketing, market research, and lead generation is preferred. • 4. The candidate should be comfortable communicating with prospective clients through telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.

• 5. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, will be preferred. • 6. Candidates should be proactive, disciplined, target-oriented, and willing to learn about the cleaning and facility management industry.

• 7. Candidates residing in or willing to travel to Mira Road, Mumbai, Thane, or nearby areas will be preferred. • 8. Prior internship or project experience in marketing, sales, or business development will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
