Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media. 2. Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.

3. Maintain recruitment trackers, Excel/MIS data, and HR reports. 4. Support onboarding and employee documentation.
