Sales and Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handle guest enquiries and incoming calls, whatsapp and Insta DMs professionally. 2. Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

3. Coordinate guest arrival details with the property team. 4. Maintain accurate guest and booking records in Excel. 5. Follow up with guests during their stay to ensure a smooth experience.

6. Collect guest feedback and request reviews after their stay. 7. Maintain timely communication with guests and the property team.
