Finance & Operations - Internship

We've made merch for Anuv Jain, Zakir Khan, Armaan Malik and Shreya Ghoshal. We do product supply and design for Skechers, Puma, District and SuperKicks.

Design, production, e-commerce, delivery, we run the whole chain. Five years in. Small team. Everything we make, ships. The role in one line, you keep SuperClan's numbers accurate and current, what's come in, what's gone out, what's pending, and what it all means.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Raise and manage customer and vendor invoices in Zoho Books. 2. Track receivables and payables, and flag what's ageing every week.

3. Reconcile bank and payment gateway entries against the books. 4. Pull Shopify order and sales data into weekly performance reports. 5. Maintain the MIS in Google Sheets so a founder can read it in two minutes.

6. Spot where we're spending more than we should. We're not looking to fill a seat. We're looking for someone to take real work off our hands. You’re careful. Small errors bother you. • 2. Strong Google Sheets, formulas, lookups, clean formatting. • 3. You know what an invoice, a receivable and a reconciliation actually are.

• 4. You can explain a number, not just report it. • 5. Any degree, final year or done, commerce background helps, isn’t required. • 6. Bonus; Zoho Books, Tally or similar, Shopify or e-commerce exposure, you’ve built a dashboard someone else actually used.
