Frontend & Mobile App Developer Internship

We are seeking a versatile Frontend & Mobile App Developer with a strong eye for UI/UX craftsmanship and user psychology. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design theory and multi-platform implementation across web and mobile.

You won't just translate wireframes into screens you'll define interaction patterns, color systems, micro-animations, and intuitive user flows that enhance user experience and drive engagement.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Web & Cross-Platform Mobile Engineering 1. Cross-Platform Mobile Development: Architect, build, and maintain production-ready mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android, including seamless native bridge integration.

2. Responsive Web Interfaces: Build scalable and performant web applications using React and modern styling frameworks. 3. API & State Synchronization: Connect web and mobile frontends to backend REST APIs with optimistic UI updates, robust error handling, and background synchronization.

B. UI/UX, Design Systems & Interaction Design 1. Human-Centered Interface Design: Translate product concepts into wireframes, interactive user flows, and production-ready prototypes using Figma.

2. Visual Hierarchy & Color Psychology: Apply color theory, contrast ratios, and spatial relationships to reduce cognitive load and guide user attention toward key actions.

3. Shared Design System: Build and maintain an atomic, platform-agnostic design system and token pipeline shared across React and React Native to ensure consistent brand identity.

4. Micro-Interactions & Transitions: Create fluid gestures, route transitions, and responsive feedback using animation libraries such as Framer Motion for web and React Native Reanimated for mobile.

3. Performance & Quality 1. Platform Optimization: Diagnose rendering bottlenecks, reduce mobile bridge latency, and optimize image and asset delivery.

2. Testing & Device Coverage: Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing across different Android and iOS devices, screen sizes, aspect ratios, and OS versions.

• 4. Portfolio/Live Apps: Active links to deployed web applications, live Play Store/App Store applications, or an interactive Figma design showcase. • Required Skills & Qualifications: • 1.

Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. • 2. Hands-on production experience with React Native using CLI or Expo Application Services.

• 3. Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS, styled-components, and animation libraries such as React Native Reanimated, Framer Motion, or Lottie. • 4. Practical experience managing client-side and server-side state using tools such as TanStack Query (React Query), Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.

• 5. Strong UI/UX skills with deep knowledge of Figma, including auto-layout, components, and design token architecture. • 6. Practical understanding of mobile design guidelines, including Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Google's Material Design.
