Law/Legal Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct legal research and prepare detailed research notes on assigned matters 2. Draft, review, and analyse agreements, pleadings, notices, and legal opinions 3.

Examine statutes, case law, regulatory materials, and financial statements for legal and advisory assignments 4. Assist in corporate, tax advisory, transactional, and litigation support matters 5.

Support the team in handling matters related to general corporate, company law, PE/VC, M&A, indirect tax, intellectual property, and allied legal and regulatory areas 6.

Perform research, drafting, and analytical tasks as part of ongoing legal training and assignments 7.
