Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Draft and review formal complaints to UK lenders and financial institutions under CCA 1974, CONC 5.

2A, and FG21/1 2. Prepare case submissions and responses for the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) in line with DISP rules 3. Process Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) under GDPR and DPA 2018 4.

Conduct legal research on affordability assessments, irresponsible lending, and consumer vulnerability frameworks 5. Maintain accurate case records, client correspondence, and file notes on CRM platforms 6.

Support senior team members with evidence bundling, deadline tracking, and file reviews 7. Genuine interest in UK financial services regulation and consumer protection • 4. Comfortable working afternoon/evening shifts aligned with UK time zone (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST) • 5.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup without constant supervision • 6. Prior knowledge of FCA rules, DSAR handling, or FOS processes is a strong plus but not mandatory — we train the right candidates • 7.
