Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Source potential candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, and social networks. 2. Screen resumes and perform initial phone screening calls.

3. Schedule interview rounds and coordinate with hiring managers. 4. Extend offers, negotiate terms, and address candidate queries.
