About the internship

Manage lead and chat allocation through the CRM to ensure every inquiry is assigned, tracked, and acted upon. Maintain balanced workloads across the team, prevent lead leakage, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assign incoming leads and chats to team members.
2. Ensure no lead or chat remains unassigned.
3. Balance workloads across the team.
4. Monitor follow-ups and response timelines.
5. Reassign unattended or inactive leads when required.
6. Maintain CRM data accuracy and hygiene.
7. Track daily allocation and team productivity.
8. Escalate delays, missed follow-ups, or SLA breaches.

Success metrics

1. 100% lead assignment rate.
2. Zero unassigned chats or leads.
3. SLA compliance.
4. Balanced team workload.
5. Accurate CRM records.

Stipend

INR₹ 12,000 - 18,000 /month
