Shopify & E-commerce Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Manage and optimize Shopify stores, including products, collections, discounts, inventory, and Shopify apps.

2. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement, recover abandoned carts, and increase repeat purchases. 3. Manage customer orders and coordinate with our fulfillment partners to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

4. Prepare sales reports and creator performance dashboards using Google Sheets and other reporting tools. 5. Collaborate with the design and content teams during new product launches and promotional campaigns.

6. Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve customer experience, website performance, and conversions. 7. Support day-to-day e-commerce operations while working closely with the founder to help grow creator merchandise brands.

As a 'Shopify & E-commerce Operations Intern', you'll work directly with the founder and gain hands-on experience in managing live Shopify stores, launching products, improving customer experience, and scaling creator brands.

Basic familiarity with Shopify or any other e-commerce platform is preferred. • 2. Comfortable using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. • 3. Strong written communication and attention to detail.

• 4. Eager to learn, take ownership, and solve problems independently. • 5. Passionate about e-commerce, startups, and the creator economy. • 6. Familiarity with Canva, AI tools (such as ChatGPT), or email marketing platforms is an added advantage.
