Operations Internship

As an Operations Intern at IDesign Market, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, hone your coordination skills, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Excel, and CRM will be put to good use as you assist in managing client relationships and ensuring smooth operations within the company.

Your excellent spoken and written English skills will also be key in communicating effectively with clients and colleagues. 1. Assist in managing client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

2. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. 3. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze data related to client interactions and sales.

4. Support the Operations team in resolving any client issues or concerns in a professional manner. 5. Participate in meetings with clients to gather feedback and improve our services.

6. Help in maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions. 7. Contribute innovative ideas to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the company.
