Telecaller Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Engage with borrowers over the phone to recover overdue loan amounts. 2. Manage and monitor assigned commercial vehicle loan accounts and track timely payments.

3. Accurately update call logs, payment commitments, and collection outcomes in the app. 4. Track repayment status and maintain consistent communication with borrowers until case closure.

5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance targets. 6. Coordinate with internal teams on repossession and case resolution matters, as required.

7. Adhere to company processes, compliance standards, and audit requirements. 8. Negotiate repayment schedules and assist with restructuring discussions when required.

9. Maintain organized records of all borrower communications and ensure proper case disposition.
