E-Commerce Operations Internship

Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Calling and following up with customers on order confirmations, custom-order updates, delivery timelines and feedback 2.

Handling B2B accounts (retail partners, multi-brand stores, marketplaces and corporate or bulk orders): coordinating orders, sharing catalogues and following up on payments and reorders 3.

Doing outbound calling and outreach to new B2B leads: stores, boutiques, corporates, event and wedding planners 4. Maintaining a lead and sales tracker: who was contacted, their response, next follow-up date 5.

Coordinating with the studio team, artists and vendors to keep orders on schedule Tracking shipments, returns and exchanges, and updating customers on their status 6.

Keeping order, inventory and stock sheets updated for retail and marketplace channels 7. Preparing quotations, order summaries and basic invoices for B2B clients 8.

Sharing a weekly report on calls made, leads generated, orders closed and pending issues Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: • are available for full time (in-office) internship • can start the internship between 27th Oct'26 and 1st Dec'26 • are available for duration of 6 months • are from Mumbai only • have relevant skills and interests Stipend: INR₹ 12,000 - 15,000 /month Deadline: 2026-11-26 23:59:59 Other perks: Certificate, Letter of recommendation, Informal dress code Skills required: Operations, MS-Excel, Coordination, B2B Sales, Shopify, Google Sheets and Logistics Management Other Requirements: • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, commerce, management or a related field • Confident and clear on calls in English and Hindi; other regional languages are a plus • Comfortable with cold calling and following up persistently without being pushy • Organised, with working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel • Prior experience in sales, customer service or retail is a plus, even part-time or freelance • Interest in fashion, streetwear or D2C brands • Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate About Company: Introducing 'Valkyre', a cutting-edge streetwear clothing brand that specializes in crafting hand-painted denim jackets.
