As a Graphic Design Intern at Target Tribe, you'll help turn creative briefs into clear, polished visuals across digital and print formats. You'll work with the team to develop design concepts, refine assets, and build practical skills through hands-on projects.
1. Create social graphics, presentations, and other visual assets in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, following project briefs and established brand guidelines.
2. Edit short-form video in Adobe Premiere Pro, assembling footage, adding titles, and preparing versions suited to different formats. 3. Support UI and UX design tasks by organizing layouts, shaping user flows, and preparing interface mockups for review.
4. Develop and update print-ready materials in Adobe InDesign, checking layout, typography, and consistency before handoff. 5. Select and edit photographs in Lightroom CC and Photoshop, making thoughtful adjustments to color, lighting, and composition.
6. Prepare design files for review and delivery, keeping versions organized and incorporating feedback from teammates. 7. Share concepts and progress with the team, explain design choices, and apply feedback to improve the final work.
