About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing and screening resumes from job portals.
2. Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates.
3. Conducting initial telephonic HR screening rounds.
4. Managing daily attendance and leave records.
5. Assisting in onboarding and joining formalities.
6. Preparing offer letters, appointment letters & HR documents.
7. Maintaining employee database and HR MIS reports.
8. Handling employee queries and day-to-day HR operations.
9. Assisting in employee engagement activities and events.
10. Assisting the HR Manager in payroll and other HR tasks.

Stipend

INR₹ 8,000 - 30,000 /month
