- Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Drive improvements across Equalxs digital platforms, website experience, social media, and growth initiatives, taking ideas from concept through execution.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns, create and coordinate content, and analyze website, campaign, and user-engagement data to identify actionable growth opportunities.
- Work closely with leadership, volunteers, partners, freelancers, and vendors to manage projects, solve problems proactively, and deliver measurable outcomes.
