Social Media Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Social Media & Content Management 1. Manage and grow The Digital Hike's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

2. Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars. 3. Plan, publish, and schedule content consistently across social media platforms. 4. Write engaging captions, hooks, headlines, and calls-to-action.

5. Monitor audience interactions, comments, messages, and overall engagement. 6. Track key performance metrics such as reach, views, engagement, followers, and leads.

7. Prepare regular social media performance reports and identify areas for improvement. 8. Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, algorithms, and emerging content formats.

B. Content Creation & On-Camera Content 1. Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, educational content, and promotional videos. 2. Represent The Digital Hike on camera for relevant social media content.

3. Research trending topics, formats, sounds, hooks, and content opportunities. 4. Develop creative concepts, video ideas, scripts, and content briefs.

5. Participate in photoshoots, video shoots, and other content production activities. 6. Bring fresh and creative ideas to strengthen the brand's social media presence.

7. Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and content style across platforms. C. Campaign Execution & Team Collaboration 1. Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for The Digital Hike and its clients.

2. Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other team members to ensure timely content delivery. 3. Work closely with the marketing team to execute content and campaign strategies.

4. Review campaign and content performance and recommend improvements. 5. Ensure all content aligns with client requirements, brand guidelines, and marketing objectives.

6. Support the team in delivering campaigns and content within agreed timelines.
