Law/Legal Internship

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial and business laws.
2. Assist with drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, NDAs and business documents.
3. Prepare legal research notes, checklists and internal documentation.
4. Assist with company law and statutory compliance activities.
5. Support trademark and intellectual property related research and documentation.
6. Assist in preparing client-facing legal documents under supervision.
7. Organize and maintain legal records and documentation.
8. Track compliance requirements and important deadlines.
9. Research regulatory requirements applicable to startups and SMEs.
10. Work with the legal team to understand real-world business problems and develop practical legal solutions.
