E-Commerce Operations Internship

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Process and track daily orders on Shopify so everything ships on time
2. Coordinate with courier partners on pickups, deliveries and shipping issues
3. Handle return and exchange requests from start to finish: approval, pickup, quality check, and exchange or store credit
4. Respond to customer queries on email, WhatsApp and Instagram DMs quickly and politely
5. Resolve order issues such as delays, wrong sizes, damaged products and address changes
6. Keep inventory updated by size and colour, and flag low-stock and fast-moving items
7. Match stock received and dispatched against Shopify records
8. Keep order, return and inventory trackers in Google Sheets or Excel up to date
9. Share a daily report on orders, pending shipments, returns and stock status
10. Help with packing and quality checks during high-volume drops and launches
11. Suggest improvements to make operations and customer experience smoother

Stipend

INR₹ 6,000 - 8,000 /month
