Social Media Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Assist in managing social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Support the team in planning and maintaining monthly and weekly content calendars. Research trending topics, reels, memes, hashtags, audio, formats, and social media trends.

Generate creative and engaging content ideas aligned with brand objectives. Assist in writing captions, post copy, hooks, and other social media content.

Coordinate with the design, video, and creative teams for timely content execution. Assist in preparing creative briefs, references, and content requirements.

Schedule and publish approved content as per the content calendar. Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and audience interactions across platforms. Assist in community management and ensure timely responses to relevant queries.

Conduct competitor and industry research to identify content opportunities. Monitor brand pages and keep track of relevant conversations and trends. Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and brand activations.

Support the team during shoots, events, and content production whenever required. Track social media performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, views, and follower growth.

Assist in preparing basic social media reports and presentations. Identify high-performing content and share observations with the team. Maintain social media trackers, content calendars, references, and other documentation.

Follow up with internal teams on pending content and deliverables. Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the given timelines. Stay updated with new social media features, platform updates, trends, and content formats.

Support the Social Media Executive/Manager with day-to-day social media activities. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively contribute ideas to the team.

Maintain professionalism, attention to detail, and consistency while working on client accounts.
