Community Management Internship

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Campus and community outreach:

1. Drive awareness of Bharat Pitchathon 5.0 within your college and student ecosystem
2. Reach out to entrepreneurship cells, clubs, student communities, and relevant college groups
3. Identify and onboard students interested in startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation
4. Help grow and actively manage the Headstart WhatsApp community

B. Event promotion:

1. Promote Bharat Pitchathon across relevant college networks
2. Drive registrations and participation through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other student communities
3. Coordinate with campus POCs and student organizations
4. Help create buzz leading up to the event

C. Event execution:

1. Support offline event execution, including registrations, venue coordination, and participant management
2. Coordinate with speakers, founders, mentors, and other stakeholders where required
3. Assist the Headstart team during Bharat Pitchathon and Frontier Tech Week

D. Content and social media:

1. Support distribution of event creatives and announcements
2. Identify opportunities to amplify Headstart initiatives across campus
3. Share relevant student/community feedback with the core team

Stipend

• 2. Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
• 3. Actively involved in the college E-Cell, entrepreneurship club, student community, or events team
• 4. Strong communication and networking skills
• 5. Comfortable reaching out to people and building communities
• 6. Proactive, organized, and willing to take ownership
• 7. Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, technology, and venture capital
• 8. Can commit a few hours every week and more time around key events
