Human Resources (HR) Internship

Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will get practical exposure to the complete recruitment process, candidate management, onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations while strengthening your communication and people-management skills.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating with candidates.

2. Posting internship and job opportunities across platforms such as Internshala, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals. 3. Reviewing applications and resumes to identify candidates based on role requirements.

4. Conducting initial candidate screening and coordinating interviews with shortlisted applicants. 5. Communicating with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection updates, onboarding, and other recruitment-related information.

6. Maintaining and regularly updating candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records. 7. Assisting with onboarding activities and documentation for selected interns and employees.

8. Supporting employee/intern engagement activities, feedback collection, and internal communication. 9. Assisting in preparing HR documents, reports, job descriptions, and other recruitment-related materials.

10. Conducting research on recruitment trends, talent acquisition strategies, and HR best practices. 11. Coordinating with different teams to understand their hiring requirements and support recruitment accordingly.

12. Participating in HR discussions and regular progress reviews while completing assigned tasks within the given timelines.
