Finance & Accounting - Internship

As a Finance & Accounting Intern at Satyajan Energy Solutions Private Limited, you'll support routine accounting and finance tasks while building practical experience with records, reports, and internal coordination.

1. Enter invoices, receipts, payments, and other transactions in Tally, checking entries for accuracy and completeness. 2. Organize vouchers and supporting documents, and help maintain orderly digital and physical financial records.

3. Assist with bank and ledger reconciliations by comparing records, flagging discrepancies, and following up for clarification. 4. Prepare and update basic spreadsheets, summaries, and finance reports using MS Office, especially Excel.

5. Support invoice processing by tracking due dates, confirming required details, and sharing status updates with relevant colleagues. 6. Help maintain clear communication records and follow-up notes in CRM when coordinating finance-related queries with clients or other contacts.

7. Provide administrative support during month-end tasks, including compiling documents and checking figures under the guidance of the finance team.
