About the internship

As a human resources (HR) intern at our Bespoke Design company, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and creative work environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
2. Coordinate employee engagement activities to promote a positive and inclusive work culture
3. Support performance management by tracking employee performance, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback
4. Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information
5. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
6. Collaborate with team members on HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and policies
7. Utilize MS Office and Google Sheets to create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for HR-related tasks
8. Manage performance management and feedback processes
9. Support employee engagement and culture initiatives
10. Identify training requirements based on performance feedback and operational needs
11. Develop and coordinate employee training programs
