About the internship

1. Onboarding Experience

Support employee lifecycle through onboarding and off boarding activities.

Coordinate background verification, and joining formalities.

Partner with DevOps and Finance to make sure systems and access are sorted from day 1.

2. People Ops & Continuous Improvement

Maintain and update employee information, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in preparing HR letters, employment documents, and other employee-related documentation.

Spot friction or gaps in how things run today and pitch practical fixes, we want your ideas, not just your execution.

Explore and apply AI tools to improve HR processes efficiency.

3. Employee Engagement

Assist in employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and HR events.

Own the logistics behind our weekly Friday team rituals, keeping the energy consistent and something people actually look forward to, week after week.

Design and run team bonding activities that actually land, the kind people talk about afterward, not just check off a calendar.

4. Payroll Support

Payroll administration and review employee reimbursement submissions against the travel and expense policy.

Stipend

INR₹ 25,000 - 30,000 /month
