3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content marketing strategies. 4. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer engagement metrics.

5. Work with ChatGPT to optimize chatbot responses and improve customer interactions. 6. Conduct content audits and updates to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
