Graphic Design - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities: Daily design work: Design social media creatives (reel covers, carousels, posts, stories), ad creatives, and brand collateral for Baweja Media and our clients Build the design in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator from scratch, using layers, vectors, masks, blend modes, type hierarchy, and grid systems Apply colour theory, typography, hierarchy, and visual storytelling design fundamentals that don't come from a Canva template Take feedback from the senior design team, iterate, and deliver at a high quality bar Process & ops : Maintain a clean, structured asset database (PSD / AI /exports organised by brand and date) Work closely with the marketing team and copywriters to ensure design and message tell the same story Stay current with design trends adapt what's working, do not copy Tools & boundaries: Primary tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma.

Source files (PSD / AI / Figma file) must be available for every design you deliver. AI image generators (Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, etc.) are allowed for moodboards and ideation only not as the final output.

We will be able to tell. This is NOT a 'I built my portfolio in Canva and want to learn Photoshop here' role. We are hiring designers who already work in Adobe and want to grow into a professional designers over 6 months.

If your portfolio is mostly Canva templates or AI-generated images, please do not apply we will reject those applications at the screening question stage.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop AND Adobe Illustrator. Figma is a plus. NO Canva-only designers. • 2. Graduate or post-graduate. Background in graphic design, fine arts, design school (NID/SRISHTI/IICD), animation, or visual communication is preferred.

• 3. Canva is allowed for quick internal mock-ups only. AI image generators (Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly) are for moodboards / ideation only. If your portfolio is mostly Canva templates or AI-generated, do not apply.

• 4. NOT actively freelancing — this is a full-time internship; we expect undivided focus. • 5. Own laptop / desktop with strong processor (16GB+ RAM ideal) and reliable Wi-Fi.
