Recruitment Intern

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Candidate sourcing & screening:

1. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Instagram, referrals, and other recruiting platforms
2. Review resumes and shortlist qualified applicants based on job requirements
3. Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate experience, skill sets, communication abilities, current/expected salary, notice period, location preferences, and portfolios (for design roles)

B. Interview coordination & candidate management:

1. Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and send reminders to candidates
2. Follow up with candidates across all stages of the hiring pipeline
3. Gather interviewer feedback and update candidate status promptly

C. Database maintenance & tracking:

1. Maintain and update daily recruitment trackers
2. Build and organize candidate databases for current and future hiring needs

D. Role-specific recruiting support:

1. Assist in recruiting talent across interior design, BOQ, procurement, sales, business development, and general support functions

Stipend

INR₹ 15,000 - 20,000 /month
