About The internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Social Media Management

1. Manage and maintain social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
2. Plan and execute weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
3. Publish and schedule content consistently across platforms.
4. Write engaging captions, headlines, hooks, and calls to action (CTAs).
5. Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
6. Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, views, followers, and leads.
7. Prepare basic weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
8. Analyze content performance and suggest improvements.
9. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and content formats.

B. Content Creation & On-Camera Presence

1. Create and appear in Reels, short-form videos, educational videos, and promotional content.
2. Act as the on-camera face of The Digital Hike for relevant content.
3. Research trending topics, sounds, formats, hooks, and content ideas.
4. Develop video concepts, scripts, captions, and creative briefs.
5. Coordinate and participate in regular photo and video shoots.
6. Contribute new and creative content ideas.
7. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across platforms.

C. Campaign & Team Coordination

1. Support social media campaigns and promotional activities for The Digital Hike and its clients.
2. Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other team members to ensure timely content delivery.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content and campaign strategies.
4. Monitor campaign and content performance and suggest improvements.
5. Ensure all content aligns with the brand's objectives, messaging, and overall digital marketing strategy.

• 4. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• 5. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
