Accounting Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Assist in maintaining financial records and performing accurate accounting entries and data entry.

Maintain and update accounts, ledgers, financial transactions, and supporting documentation. Assist in preparing, processing, and maintaining invoices, receipts, and expense sheets.

Track financial transactions, monitor incoming and outgoing payments, and maintain payment records. Assist in account reconciliation and tracking outstanding payments and receivables.

Support day-to-day financial operations and ensure proper documentation of financial activities. Maintain and organize ledgers, transaction records, and financial documents.

Assist in preparing and analyzing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and financial reports. Support financial analysis, expense tracking, and monitoring of business expenditures.

Work on accounting software such as Tally or BUSY for maintaining accounts and recording transactions. Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and accounting requirements.

Assist in maintaining accurate and updated financial records. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial management. • 2. Knowledge of Tally or BUSY accounting software. • 3. Understanding of transaction tracking, ledger management, and account reconciliation.

• 4. Knowledge of invoice preparation, billing, and payment tracking. • 5. Basic understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and financial analysis.

• 6. Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. • 7. Strong organizational and coordination skills. • 8. Ability to maintain financial records systematically.
