As a Recruitment Consultant intern at Premier Consultants, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our seasoned team to gain valuable experience in the world of talent acquisition. Your role will involve utilizing your effective communication and interpersonal skills to source, screen and interview potential candidates for various job opportunities.

1. Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
2. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for different roles.
3. Collaborate with recruiters to match candidates with suitable job opportunities and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
4. Assist in writing and posting job descriptions to attract top talent in the market.
5. Keep accurate records of candidate information and update our database regularly.
6. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
7. Work on special projects as assigned to gain exposure to different aspects of the recruitment industry.
