Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers. 2. Handle incoming customer enquiries. 3. Explain company services clearly and professionally.

4. Understand customer requirements and identify potential opportunities. 5. Generate qualified leads for the sales team. 6. Follow up regularly with prospective customers.

7. Schedule client meetings and site visits. 8. Maintain daily call and lead records. 9. Update customer information and follow-up status. 10. Coordinate with the sales/business development team.

11. Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling/lead-generation targets.
