Operations Internship

Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist with the day-to-day operations and smooth functioning of the One Space studio. 2. Handle and respond to client and student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and other communication channels.

3. Coordinate with instructors, clients, students and the internal team for smooth execution of studio activities. 4. Manage and coordinate studio bookings, classes, workshops, rehearsals and events.

5. Maintain schedules, calendars, trackers and other basic administrative records. 6. Assist with the planning, execution, and on-ground coordination of workshops, events, and studio activities.

7. Support basic content requirements when needed, such as capturing videos, snippets, and behind-the-scenes content. 8. Take ownership of assigned tasks, proactively identify requirements, and contribute to improving the overall studio experience.
