Human Resources (HR) Intern

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the full recruitment lifecycle by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
2. Assist in executing culture-building initiatives, internal communications, and team recognition programs.
3. Maintain accurate candidate records and provide administrative assistance for HR projects and events.

• 1. Graduate with HR as a subject (recent pass outs preferred).
• 2. A master's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR or related specialization) is preferred.
• 3. Candidates currently pursuing an MBA and seeking a focused HR internship to strengthen their career trajectory are well suited for this role.
