Human Resources (HR) Internship

As a Human Resources Intern at Vishwa Jagran Manav Sewa Sangh Charitable Trust, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fulfilling environment.

Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, and training. Your knowledge of Effective Communication will be crucial in maintaining clear and open lines of communication with employees and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities: 1. Assisting with recruitment processes, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 2. Providing support in employee onboarding and orientation programs.

3. Assisting in maintaining employee records and HR databases. 4. Helping to organize training and development programs for employees. 5. Assisting with performance management processes, such as conducting evaluations and providing feedback.

6. Supporting employee relations initiatives and addressing employee queries and concerns. 7. Collaborating with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment, allowing you to gain valuable skills and knowledge in the field of Human Resources.
