Business Development Internship

StepOne is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team! As a Business Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment while developing your interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to potential clients, introduce StepOne's services, and generate new business leads. Identify decision-makers, understand their requirements, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Maintain lead databases, track follow-ups, and support the business development team in achieving outreach targets. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, target industries, and new business opportunities.

Assist in preparing and delivering sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective business development strategies.

Attend networking events, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and generate leads. Learn and adapt to new sales techniques, tools, and strategies to continuously improve performance.
