Human Resources (HR) Internship

As an HR intern at ShaktiKendra, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Your role will involve assisting the HR team in various tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

2. Supporting employee onboarding and orientation programs. 3. Maintaining and updating employee records and databases using MS Office and MS Excel. 4.

Assisting with employee relations activities and events to promote a positive work culture. 5. Providing administrative support to the HR team, such as drafting documents and preparing reports.

6. Demonstrating excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 7. Utilizing your English proficiency to communicate effectively with employees and external stakeholders.
