Hotel Management Internship

About the internship

1. Assist the operations team in arranging hotel stays, tours, and other travel services according to client requirements.
2. Find suitable properties and travel services by checking pricing, availability, location, room/service details, and inclusions.
3. Communicate with hotels, DMCs, tour operators, and other vendors to obtain rates, check space, and secure confirmations.
4. Help create client quotations, reservation summaries, service confirmations, and related documents.
5. Keep hotel, supplier, and reservation information updated and organised in Excel/Google Sheets.
6. Track pending bookings and regularly follow up with suppliers regarding confirmation, payment status, changes, or cancellations.
7. Share booking updates with the internal team and coordinate the required information for smooth execution.
8. Respond to routine hotel, supplier, and client queries and escalate issues when required.
9. Assist with last-minute booking requests, changes, and other daily operational tasks.

• are available for duration of 6 months
• are from Delhi only
• have relevant skills and interests

Stipend

INR₹ 12,000 - 15,000 /month
