About the internship

Are you passionate about recruitment and human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology company? Trishiv AI Tech Services is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated recruitment intern to join our team. This internship will provide practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring processes.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, Foundit and other recruitment channels.
2. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
3. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
4. Assist in creating attractive job descriptions and job postings and promoting them across various platforms.
5. Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates based on job specifications.
6. Conduct initial candidate calls and assess candidates for relevant opportunities.
7. Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, and joining.
8. Learn and use modern recruitment tools and sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.
9. Collaborate with the recruitment and business development teams on ongoing hiring requirements.
10. Support the team in improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Stipend

Other requirements

• 1. Candidates should have their own laptop/computer and a stable internet connection for working from home
• 2. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
• 3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• 4. Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
• 5. Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• 6. Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
• 7. Freshers and students pursuing HR/MBA/PGDM or related courses are welcome to apply.
• 8. Prior recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• 9. Candidates pursuing or having completed HR/MBA/PGDM or any graduate degree are preferred.
• 10. Good English communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.

Stipend structure

Fixed pay: ₹ 7,000 - 9,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 5,000 /month
