Travel & Hotel Operations Internship

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with hotel and tour bookings based on client requirements.
2. Research and compare hotels, tours, and travel services based on rates, availability, location, and inclusions.
3. Coordinate with hotels, tour operators, and suppliers for availability, rates, and confirmations.
4. Prepare and share quotations, booking details, and confirmation documents.
5. Maintain accurate booking records and supplier details in Excel/Google Sheets.
6. Follow up with suppliers regarding reservations, payments, amendments, and cancellations.
7. Assist the team with client and supplier queries related to bookings and travel arrangements.
8. Support the team with day-to-day travel and hotel operations.

Stipend

INR₹ 12,000 - 15,000 /month
