Child Facilitator - Internship

The school works toward building spaces where children feel safe, engaged, and excited to learn through activities, interaction, and exploration rather than traditional methods.

This is not a passive internship, interns will actively work with children, supporting them in activities and becoming part of their daily learning experience.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Engage with children throughout the day and ensure they have a positive, enjoyable experience.

2. Assist in activities, games, and basic learning sessions. 3. Support the team in managing daily routines and classroom flow. 4. Help create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.

5. Build comfort and rapport with children. Freshers or students from psychology, education, or related fields are preferred, though not mandatory; students from other backgrounds, such as tech, are also welcome if genuinely passionate about working with children.

• 2. Genuine enjoyment of working with children. • 3. Patient, energetic, and responsible. • 4. Willing to work on-site, Monday to Saturday. • 5. Willingness to be actively involved, not just observe.

• 6. Good communication and interpersonal skills. • 7. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. • 8. Proficiency in psychology, social work, and teaching.

Additional information: • 1. Working days are Monday to Saturday, with timings from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 2.
