About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment & Hiring: Job posting and candidate sourcing
2. Screening and interviewing
3. Offer letters and joining formalities
4. Background/document verification
5. Employee Onboarding: Collect KYC and mandatory documents
6. Create employee records
7. Coordinate induction and training
8. Ensure proper activation/onboarding
9. Payroll & Attendance: Attendance and leave management
10. Payroll inputs and salary processing
11. Incentives, deductions and overtime
12. Paysquare/payroll coordination
13. Employee Documentation: Maintain employee files
14. KYC and compliance documents
15. Employment agreements

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• can start the internship between 25th Sep'26 and 30th Oct'26
• are available for duration of 6 months
• are from Bangalore only
• have relevant skills and interests

Stipend

INR₹ 15,000 - 20,000 /month
