Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include: A. Political & Civic Work (Primary): 1. Managing scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups for city council work, community meetings, and public events.
2. Drafting and coordinating emails, messages, and community communications. 3. Tracking civic issues, commitments, and action items. 4. Coordinating with residents, community leaders, nonprofits, and city stakeholders.
5. Assisting with preparation for council meetings, forums, and speaking engagements. B. Founder's Office/Executive Support: 1. Supporting day-to-day operations of the founder's office.
2. Tracking priorities, tasks, and deadlines. 3. Assisting with notes, research, and coordination for Haply (AI SaaS startup). 4. Helping manage communications with partners, advisors, and vendors.
5. Providing administrative and personal support. 6. Managing calendar and inbox. 7. Coordinating meetings and documentation. 8. Handling light personal and administrative tasks as needed.
