Artificial Intelligence Internship

We're looking for a highly motivated AI & automation intern who is excited about building real-world automations, AI agents, and business systems. You don't need to be an expert in every tool listed, we're looking for someone who has hands-on knowledge of several of them, understands how they work together, and is eager to learn and build.

MUST KNOW: N8N and Make.com Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Build AI customer support and lead qualification agents. 2. Develop email, WhatsApp, and SMS automation workflows.

3. Set up appointment scheduling, reminders, and client/patient recall systems. 4. Build invoice, document, and data processing systems. 5. Develop automated sales follow-up and lead nurturing workflows.

6. Create meeting notes, summaries, and business reporting automations. 7. Support content production pipelines for creative agencies. 8. Support business development systems for accounting firms and MSPs.

9. Support AI-hybrid video production pipelines for brands. 10. Connect different platforms to create complete end-to-end business workflows. Experience or familiarity with tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, Supabase, Twilio, HubSpot and other CRM systems, APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic data workflows.

• 2. Understanding of AI agents, LLMs, and prompt engineering. • 3. Experimented with AI tools and automation platforms. • 4. Understands the basics of n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.

• 5. Knows how APIs, webhooks, and data move between applications. • 6. Has built personal projects, university projects, or automations, even if not for a business.

• 7. Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Gemini. • 8. Enjoys solving problems and figuring out how different systems can work together.

• 9. Curious about AI agents and the future of business automation. • 10. Able to learn independently, research, test, and troubleshoot without hesitation.

• 11. Genuinely interested in AI, automation, and no-code/low-code development. About Company: Generation Virtual is a virtual photography platform that is a start-up at the moment, specializing in fashion and beauty photography.

We shoot models from all over the world, from New York to LA to London, Paris, Amsterdam, and Australia. We were founded in June 2020 and are growing each day!
