Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our travel packages 2. Handling incoming calls from clients to address their inquiries and provide assistance 3.

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS-Excel 4. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth booking processes 5.

Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback 6. Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve sales strategies 7.
