Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: We are looking for a Customer Support Intern who will handle customer conversations and help provide a smooth communication experience.

Handle customer calls (inbound and outbound). 2. Talk to customers clearly and politely. 3. Understand customer questions and provide the right information.

4. Maintain basic records of customer calls and conversations. 5. Follow up with customers whenever required. 6. Work with the team to improve the overall customer experience.
