Human Resources (HR) Intern

As a human resources (HR) intern at Bambhari Company, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of HR while utilizing your skills in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, and spoken and written English.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 3. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees. 4.

Support HR team with various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing documents. 5. Assist with employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

6. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs. 7. Assist with training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and performance.
